- A node never starts with an accidental identity: the relay refuses to boot without a declared store, the guardian fails a store directory inside a repository, and KB014 r
- EVRY's 24B cap holds on every chain: the bridge is lock-and-mint from Ethereum, its security check is an aggregation ISM with governed settings, and a supply-parity check
